Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education Degree and a Master of Business Administration Degree from Bowling Green State University. In addition, he's been certified by both The American Production and Inventory Control Society (CPIM) and The Sales and Marketing Executives International (CSE) and is also a certified "Quality Improvement" instructor with Philip Crosby Associates, Inc.
After more than twenty years in industry, Jim has hands-on experience in manufacturing, materials, total quality management, and human resources. After beginning his business career with the Ford Motor Company, he served as Director of Human Resources for one of the Bendix Corporation companies. Jim also served as Directory of Quality Improvement for the Cross Company and as Vice President of Materials for both the Cross Company and Giddings & Lewis.
Jim is an active member of SHRM and the Human Resource Association of Greater Detroit (HRAGD) having served as the secretary of its Program Planning Committee since 2008. In addition, Jim is a member of Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit where he currently serve on their Education Committee.

Buzz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from General Motors Institute. He has made a career of training, motivating and managing people in a wide variety of work environments.
In addition to being the Owner Relations Manager for GM's Cadillac Division, Buzz enjoyed a 25-year career in the securities industry. He has been responsible for product sales and marketing, research and analysis, training and sales force management. While with Merrill Lynch, Buzz was an Account Executive. He was later a Senior Vice President with First of Michigan Corporation.
